Tooling and Fixture for Process

All tooling and fixtures for process control are CAD designed by expertise in standard materials and/or per customer requirement.
Tooling and equiment for work stations are designed by experienced engineers in pneumatics, hydraulics, plc and other high-demand techniques for process automation.
The tooling and fixtures are manufactured to the tolerance and specifications provided by our customers.
Materials and manufacturing techniques used for tooling fabrication are customer approved.

Poka Yoke Devices

Poka Yoke devices are designed per customer needs either to avoid the manufacture of a defective part or to stop machine to continue with next cycle.
Poka Yoke devices are tested with a real sample provided by customer.

Parts Manucturing and Rework

Proven experience and ability to manufacture and/or rework of production parts, sub-assemblies and/or components (any kind of materials), and help the customer to improve their quality scores.
